Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
Experience working with 23 year olds within a nursery setting - strongly preferred
A warm patient and energetic approach suited to this age group
A solid understanding of EYFS and the developmental needs of toddlers

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding early years care

Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality nurturing care and early years education for children aged 23 years
Creating a safe stimulating environment within the dedicated room that supports this age groups unique developmental needs
Planning and implementing engaging age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
Making full use of the nurserys large garden to enrich childrens daily outdoor experiences
Observing and documenting childrens development and progress sharing updates meaningfully with families
Building warm consistent key person relationships with children and their families
Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nurserys Ofsted Outstanding standards
