What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Encourage childrens confidence independence and curiosity through play-based learning.
Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
Follow safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies at all times.
