Qualified Nursery Practitioner

per year Full Time All Year Round

This Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a warm inspiring environment.

Outside the wonderful garden offers endless opportunities for exploration with plenty of space for children to play investigate nature and develop confidence through outdoor learning.

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll become part of a passionate and supportive team thats committed to delivering outstanding early years experiences while helping every child feel happy valued and ready to thrive.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that support childrens learning creativity and development.
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make the most of the nurserys exceptional facilities including the art studio activity areas and outdoor spaces to create exciting learning opportunities.
• Encourage childrens confidence independence and curiosity through play-based learning.
• Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
• Follow safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies at all times.
