Nursery Practitioner

28000 - 31500 per annum 40 hours per week Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

The nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide a warm fun and nurturing atmosphere where children are encouraged to build confidence independence and a love of learning. Carefully planned learning spaces support every stage of development while the outdoor environment offers endless opportunities for exploration adventure and imaginative play.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive and child-focused setting where every day is filled with opportunities to make a positive impact on childrens learning and development.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing and child-centred approach
• Passion for supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning and supporting engaging learning experiences and activities
• Creating a safe stimulating and nurturing environment for children
• Supporting childrens emotional social and developmental progress
• Building positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Observing assessing and monitoring childrens development
• Supporting daily routines and promoting childrens independence
• Ensuring safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards are consistently maintained
