Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

per year 42.5 Hours per Week

Designed with children in mind the nursery features bright open-plan rooms dedicated spaces for each age group and a fantastic soft play area that encourages active learning and physical development. Outside the stunning garden offers an exciting space packed with equipment play areas and plenty of room for children to explore helping them develop a love of the outdoors throughout the year.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll join a supportive team thats passionate about creating inspiring experiences and giving every child the very best start in life.

What Were Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • A warm caring and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development through play.

Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging play-based activities that support every childs individual development.
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
  • Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their learning journeys.
  • Make full use of the nurserys bright learning environments soft play area and extensive outdoor spaces to create exciting learning opportunities.
  • Support children as they develop confidence independence and key life skills.
  • Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment at all times.
  • Follow safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies.
