Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

29900 per annum 40 Hours per Week

The nurserys impressive outdoor environment is a key part of daily life. Children benefit from a large outdoor play area complete with a sandpit mud kitchen climbing frame and plenty of open space for exploration adventure and imaginative play. Outdoor learning is fully integrated into the curriculum helping children develop confidence resilience and a love of discovery.

This role is ideal for a passionate early years professional who enjoys supporting childrens development in a nurturing child-centred environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support childrens learning through play exploration and discovery
  • Plan and implement engaging activities based on childrens interests
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens development and progress
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment
  • Make full use of the outdoor learning environment to support development
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
