Enthusiasm and a proactive willingness to help are the most important qualities we look for. We are actively welcoming candidates through two distinct pathways:

1. The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE NVQ NNEB Early Years Educator).
  

• (Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates do not count toward statutory nursery ratios for this tier).
  

2. The Experienced Unqualified Stars:

• You might not hold the formal certificate just yet but you have the vital hands-on experience and a natural gift for childcare! If you have recent verifiable professional experience working in a nursery setting and a drive to support early development we want to hear from you.
  

The Essentials for Everyone:

• The Mindset: Absolute passion unshakeable reliability and an energetic "can-do" approach to the nursery day. You must genuinely want to be there for the children.
  

• The Safety Standard: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you dont have one you must be enthusiastic about obtaining it to help keep our environments safe.
  

• Premium Pay Paid Weekly: Your hard work and dedication are highly valued. Earn between 12.75 and 14.50 per hour paid reliably into your bank account every single Friday.
