We are partnering with exceptional nurseries right across Rotherhithe and the wider Southwark area and we are searching for inspiring hardworking Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to bring their magic to the floor.

We want team players who radiate positivity and genuinely love helping children grow. We are actively hiring across two pathways:
1. The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3):
You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE NVQ NNEB Early Years Educator).
(Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates do not count toward statutory nursery ratios for this tier).
2. The Experienced Unqualified Stars:
- You might not hold a formal Level 2 or 3 certificate but you have the vital hands-on experience! If you have recent verifiable professional experience working in a nursery setting and a natural flair for childcare we want you on our team.
The Non-Negotiables for Everyone:
Absolute passion reliability and an energetic approach to the nursery day.
A commitment to safety: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you dont have one you must be willing to obtain it to help keep our environments safe and compliant.
Premium Pay Paid Weekly: Your dedication deserves top rates. Take home between 12.75 and 14.50 per hour landing safely in your account every Friday without fail.
Work Locally in Rotherhithe: Our "Local-First" focus means we connect you with beautiful settings right on your doorstep in SE16 and Southwark.
100% Diary Control: You dictate your hours. Whether you are looking for five days a week a couple of mornings or term-time only you build your own schedule.

Who We Are Looking For: We pride ourselves on providing nurseries with enthusiastic reliable staff who genuinely love working with children. We have roles across two tiers: The Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a Full & Relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator NNEB). Please note: Due to government ratio regulations Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates. Compliance (The 2025 Standard): Safety first! To be counted in nursery ratios you must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate. If you dont have one right now you must be willing to complete the training immediately to keep our little ones safe and compliant with regulations.
