We are teaming up with vibrant innovative nurseries across Denmark Hill and the wider Southwark area and we are looking for highly motivated creative Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to step into our supply network.

Imagination dependability and a genuine love for early education are what our nurseries value most. We are actively inviting candidates to apply through two pathways:

1. The Qualified Champions (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE NVQ NNEB Level 3 Early Years Educator).
  

• (Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet the statutory nursery ratio guidelines for this tier).
  

2. The Experienced Unqualified Talents:

• You may not have the official certificate on your wall but your practical experience and natural intuition for childcare speak volumes! If you have recent verifiable professional experience in a nursery and love helping little minds grow we want to hear from you.
  
  

The Essentials for Every Candidate:

• The Energy: You must be imaginative deeply dependable and ready to get stuck into every activity with a positive attitude.
  

• The Safety Focus: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently have one you must be eager to undertake the training to ensure our nursery environments remain as safe as possible.
