Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to 29000 per annum Full-Time 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

Our client is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated early years team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing.

Working within a nurturing Montessori-inspired nursery environment the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences while helping children develop confidence independence and a lifelong love of learning.

This full-time position offers a salary of up to 29000 per annum alongside excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive nursery setting.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare Early Years Education or equivalent essential
  • Previous experience working within a nursery preschool or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring patient and positive approach to working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Genuine passion for supporting children during their early years journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery
  • Support childrens learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Plan and participate in engaging age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
  • Build positive relationships with children parents carers and colleagues
  • Observe monitor and record childrens progress and achievements
  • Promote a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Follow safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies at all times
  • Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
  • Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive nursery team
