Our client is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated early years team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing.
Working within a nurturing Montessori-inspired nursery environment the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences while helping children develop confidence independence and a lifelong love of learning.

What Were Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Childcare Early Years Education or equivalent essential
Previous experience working within a nursery preschool or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring patient and positive approach to working with children
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Genuine passion for supporting children during their early years journey

Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery
Support childrens learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Plan and participate in engaging age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children parents carers and colleagues
Observe monitor and record childrens progress and achievements
Promote a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Follow safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies at all times
Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive nursery team
