Nursery Manager

Up to 42000 per annum Full-Time

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Nursery Manager to lead a small family-run nursery with a truly nurturing and supportive environment.

Through building confidence independence and key life skills the nursery creates a strong foundation for every childs future.

Whether you are an experienced Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take the next step this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact within a close-knit team.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above essential
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A nurturing child-centred approach
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Passion for supporting childrens development confidence and independence

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Ensuring high standards of care and education in line with EYFS
• Supporting and developing a motivated and engaged team
• Creating a positive nurturing environment for children and staff
• Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
• Maintaining safeguarding compliance and operational standards
• Driving continuous improvement and quality across the setting
