- Deliver 2 technology improvement projects quarterly
- Reduce operational costs through automation
- Achieve 90% user satisfaction score
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft AWS)
