We are looking for a dedicated and passionate IT Services Technician (1st / 2nd line).
37 hours per week Full Year.

Salary: Range 9-11 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff 26818 - 28634 per annum Standard practice is to appoint at bottom of scale.

Role Overview
Were seeking a motivated and adaptable IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine interest in this role youll be the friendly first point of contact for students and staff providing confident customerfocused support.
Youll assist with the configuration implementation and maintenance of the Colleges IT hardware & software assets and network infrastructure working within a dedicated team that ensures the organisations technical systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Applicants will have excellent communication organisational and customer service skills and should be educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or have experience of working in an IT support/helpdesk role
