MARSHALLTOWN U.S.A Ltd is growing and we are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our internationally recognized construction tools and equipment brand. This role is ideal for a highly organized customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales production logistics and finance teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions sales inquiries and product requests via phone email and online platforms
Prepare process and follow up on sales quotations and proposals
Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with production warehouse and logistics teams regarding order status and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM and ERP systems
Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and customer communication
Monitor order progress and proactively resolve customer issues or discrepancies
Generate sales reports and maintain organized sales documentation
Assist with invoicing coordination and payment follow-ups when required
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers suppliers and internal teams
Support departmental goals and assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
Degree in business management general business sales or related field preferred
Prior experience in sales support customer service internal sales or order coordination preferred
Experience in a Windows-based computer environment including Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and ERP/CRM systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills effective at all levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high levels of accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes
