The HR Optimization Manager isthedriver behind ahigh-performingEMEAP& rolewillreportintotheChiefPeopleOfficerpartneringcloselytoexecuteon theP&Cstrategyleadinginitiativesandprojects thatdrive impactand sharpenhow theP&Cleadershipteamoperateturningdataprocess and AI intobetteroutcomes forthebusiness andour role for someonewho israrelysatisfiedobsessed with makingthingsworkbetter andenergizedbyowning the roadmapthatmakes P&Cacompetitiveadvantage atSharkNinja.

- Act as theoperationalrighthandto theEMEA CPOsupporting inthetranslation ofstrategyintoaprioritizedroadmapand driving ittocompletion.
- Support in removingfrictionandbuildingprocesses thatdriveefficiencyenablingeffectivenessacross thecross-functionalHRLeadershipteam.
- Bring AI into the way P&C worksidentifyingand deploying tools that automatemanualeffort sharpen insight and free the team to focus on higherimpact/ value work.
