Cuddington Croft Primary School are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive team.

Your opportunity

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting childrens learning both individually and in small groups ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons supporting children with a range of needs and committed to fostering a safe engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools youll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals.

What we are looking for

• Hold relevant qualifications including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and a HLTA qualification.
• Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.
• Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies managing behaviour effectively and supporting pupils emotional and academic development.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills including preparing resources maintaining pupil records and contributing to classroom planning.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities working well with colleagues children and parents.
• Be motivated flexible and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

About Cuddington Croft

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cuddington Croft our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School Banstead Infant School Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

The Details

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: GLF Specialist 1 - 27061 FTE

Actual Salary: 18657.33

Hours: Monday Thursday 8.40am - 3.30pm and Friday 8.40am - 12.30pm (38.6 weeks per year)

Closing Date: Friday 19th June at 9.30am
