37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.00 am 4.00 pm). Term time (37.6 weeks)
Pay Grade PS6 (FTE 31905 to 34216). Starting pro-rata salary 27803

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic dedicated and creative individual with experience of working with vulnerable students in a school or education setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and guiding identified students including those who have physical emotional or educational needs to achieve the best possible outcomes for those individuals. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of support strategies utilizing specialist skills to create bespoke individual support plans through collaboration with colleagues families and external agencies.
