The Role

As a HLTA you will:

  • Lead highquality learning across KS3KS4 delivering planned lessons when required

  • Provide targeted 1:1 and smallgroup intervention to raise attainment

  • Support teachers with planning differentiation and resource adaptation

  • Build strong positive relationships with students

  • Model excellent behaviour engagement and classroom routines

  • Work closely with the SENCO Heads of Department and wider support team

  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

This HLTA role requires someone who is confident organised proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar advanced support role is essential.
