Marden Lodge Primary are seeking an HLTA to join them on a part time permanent basis.

Working under the direction of the Headteacher the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting childrens learning ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons supporting children with a range of needs and committed to fostering a safe engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools youll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals.

What we are looking for

• Hold relevant qualifications including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification
• Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning
• Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies managing behaviour effectively and supporting pupils emotional and academic development.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills including preparing resources maintaining pupil records and contributing to classroom planning.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities working well with colleagues children and parents.
• Be motivated flexible and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

Actual Salary: 8000.57

Hours: 12.5 hrs per week (2 days 6.25 hrs 8.30 3.15) - term time only.
