Guest Services Ambassador
Job Summary
Our client a globally recognised law firm based just moments from Moorgate Station has opened the doors to a stunning new workplace. And we are looking for an exceptional Guest Services Ambassador to help bring this vibrant space to life.
About the Role
This is a dynamic people-focused position that blends reception lobby hosting welcome services events support and switchboard duties. No two days will look the same.
You will be the first friendly face everyone sees - colleagues clients and visitors alike. Youll set the tone with warmth confidence and a proactive approach that makes every interaction feel effortless.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on movement variety and human connection. Youll be a calm approachable presence in a fast-paced environment always ready to step in support the team and elevate the guest experience.
What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering a 5* welcome experience from the moment guests arrive
- Supporting reception events and switchboard operations with professionalism and flair
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external visitors
- Managing room reservations and ensuring spaces are set up to the highest standard
- Staying agile and adaptable to the changing needs of the day
- Creating a warm inclusive energising atmosphere throughout the workplace
- You wont just be greeting guests. You will be shaping the culture of a brand-new workplace. Your presence energy and professionalism will help create an environment thats inclusive inspiring and memorable.
Shift pattern: 40 hour per week with shifts usually falling between 7am-10pm from Monday to Friday.
