The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our clients UK operations. This office-based role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams customers and dealer networks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Produce daily weekly and monthly reporting (orders registrations stock forecasts)
Support fleet administration including demonstrator vehicles
Coordinate communications with customers and dealer networks
Assist with quarterly pricing and campaign support
Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
Maintain CRM systems including discount structures
Support event planning marketing activity and point-of-sale (PoS)
Compile industry reporting (e.g. SMMT and insights)
Provide Motability support and services
Collaborate with internal teams including sales and operations
About You
Experience within automotive leasing or fleet environment (preferred)
Background in fleet administration or customer-focused roles
Strong numeracy organisation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive team-oriented and detail-focused approach
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
