Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:30pm

Salary & Bonus:

  • Circa 30000 base salary
  • Monthly incentive up to 800
  • Annual bonus up to 15%

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our clients UK operations. This office-based role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams customers and dealer networks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily weekly and monthly reporting (orders registrations stock forecasts)
  • Support fleet administration including demonstrator vehicles
  • Coordinate communications with customers and dealer networks
  • Assist with quarterly pricing and campaign support
  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Maintain CRM systems including discount structures
  • Support event planning marketing activity and point-of-sale (PoS)
  • Compile industry reporting (e.g. SMMT and insights)
  • Provide Motability support and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales and operations

About You

  • Experience within automotive leasing or fleet environment (preferred)
  • Background in fleet administration or customer-focused roles
  • Strong numeracy organisation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive team-oriented and detail-focused approach
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
