Fleet Coordinator (Automotive)
Job Summary
Salary & Bonus:
- Circa 30000 base salary
- Monthly incentive up to 800
- Annual bonus up to 15%

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our clients UK operations. This office-based role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams customers and dealer networks in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce daily weekly and monthly reporting (orders registrations stock forecasts)
- Support fleet administration including demonstrator vehicles
- Coordinate communications with customers and dealer networks
- Assist with quarterly pricing and campaign support
- Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
- Maintain CRM systems including discount structures
- Support event planning marketing activity and point-of-sale (PoS)
- Compile industry reporting (e.g. SMMT and insights)
- Provide Motability support and services
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and operations
- Experience within automotive leasing or fleet environment (preferred)
- Background in fleet administration or customer-focused roles
- Strong numeracy organisation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive team-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
