Job Summary
This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

The Fleet Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end external / internal recruitment/promotion process for shipboard positions across the fleet. The role ensures the timely sourcing attraction selection and hiring of qualified seafarers across all departments to meet operational manning requirements.
