We are supporting a beautiful 100-bed luxury home with a 42-bed dementia suite. They are looking for a Dementia Care Manager to manage this busy floor who brings deep expertise strong leadership and a calm confident presence for residents families and the team. The vacancy has arisen due to an internal move and the structure you will be joining is stable well established and very supportive.

About the role:

• A highly respected organisation that people actively want to work for in the sector with a strong leadership team and efficient systems in place

• A fantastic General Manager who has been with the company for years and is known for being supportive visible and steady

• Shared on duty rota with the GM CSM and the Residential Care Manager enabling you to work as the manager in charge one weekend in four

What they are looking for

• Significant experience in dementia care ideally within a larger home or dementia specialist setting

• Qualifications in dementia care. Clinical background desirable but not essential

• Strong understanding of the DoLS application process

• Clear evidence of supporting residents through positive behaviour strategies

• Someone confident compassionate and skilled at building trust with residents and families

• A leader who can inspire their team and uphold high standards
