Coordinator (School Operations)

• Play a pivotal role supporting the School of Psychological Sciences and its academic community.
• Lead and coordinate highquality professional services that enable teaching research and student success.
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
• Base salary range: $104243 $115661 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

College Services provides academic administration and professional support services across the Universitys Schools working closely with Heads of School academics researchers and students. The School Operations team delivers coordinated clientfocused support services that enable Schools to meet their strategic teaching and research objectives while driving continuous improvement and best practice.

About the opportunity

• Coordinating School operations and administrative services including teaching research and general support functions.
• Providing highlevel operational and strategic support to the Head of School and School Executive including planning activities and documentation.
• Leading and supervising a small professional services team fostering capability development and customerfocused service delivery.

About you

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Substantial senior administrative experience in a complex organisation preferably within higher education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supervising staff and supporting team development with a commitment to quality service delivery.
