Cloud IAM Support Engineer

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to provide operational support and administration for cloud-based identity and access management solutions. This role will focus on supporting Entra ID and Okta environments ensuring secure user access identity synchronization authentication services and access governance across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in identity management technologies cloud authentication solutions and directory services integration.

What you will do:

• Support and administer Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Support and maintain Okta identity and single sign-on integrations.
• Manage Active Directory synchronization and integration with cloud identity platforms.
• Support Entra ID role-based access control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) processes.
• Monitor and maintain Entra ID and Active Directory synchronization services.
• Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) single sign-on (SSO) and Conditional Access configurations within Entra ID.
• Support CrowdStrike integrations with identity and access management platforms.
• Administer Entra ID users and dynamic groups.
• Manage Enterprise Applications Service Principals and Managed Identities within Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot identity authentication and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain secure and efficient access management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and access management standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC) or active SC clearance.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Experience with Okta administration and SSO integrations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory synchronization and cloud identity integrations.
• Experience supporting Entra ID RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Familiarity with Entra ID MFA SSO and Conditional Access capabilities.
• Experience administering Entra ID users dynamic groups Enterprise Applications Service Principals and Managed Identities.
• Experience supporting CrowdStrike integrations within identity management environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within IAM platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite support environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
