What youll be doing:

• You will be supporting Adults with Autism Mental Health and Learning disability needs within our residential service.
• You will be supporting 1-1 and at times 2-1.
• Continue to promote positive well-being.
• Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• Maintain and develop their community links as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
• Personal care may be involved.

Who you are:

• Able to work independently multitask organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner hands-on willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
• Flexible as shifts can consist of long days 8 am-10 pm split shifts 8 am-2 am 3 pm-10 pm and waking staff 9 pm-8 am. And working every other weekend.
