Technical & Compliance Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Crawley Salary: 13.00 - 15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Technical & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a technical or compliance background to join a well-established organisation with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Technical & Compliance Administrator you will play a key role in supporting operational and compliance activities across the business. Working closely with technical and production teams you will ensure accurate record-keeping maintain compliance standards and support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to technical and production teams
Maintaining and updating compliance-related documentation and records
Ensuring company procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to
Liaising with internal departments to support operational activities
Assisting with technical documentation and reporting
Supporting audits and compliance reviews where required
Working collaboratively as part of a busy and professional team
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience within an administrative role supporting technical or compliance functions
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience working with compliance processes ideally within the aviation aerospace engineering manufacturing or automotive sectors
Strong IT and systems experience including the ability to manage and maintain accurate records
An understanding of technical documentation and terminology
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
