Spire St Anthonys Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivatedAdministratorto join its experiencedTheatre administration teamon anas-and-whenbasis providing cover forsickness absence annual leave and periods of increased demand.
Founded in 1904 Spire St Anthonys Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed 27m development investment we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton Epsom Surrey and South London.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out administrative duties such as printing filing typing copying binding scanning etc.
- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
- Relying to email telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
- Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
Who were looking for:
- Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction
- Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
- Exceptional phone manner
- Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiastic and energetic professional
