Power Tools Field Supervisor
Job Summary
- Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts across Türkiye
- Oversee the development and performance management of the team
- Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team
- Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities
- Ensure adherence to application and operational standards
- Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence
- Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share
- Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards
- Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region
- Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules
- Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity
- Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance
- Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree from relevant departments of universities
- In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed
- Prior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
