Job Summary
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Inspect rooms and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Train coach and motivate team members while maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor inventory and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene procedures.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Housekeeping preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English is preferred.
