Job Summary
WHAT YOULL DO
As a Marketing Manager you will drive brand and customer growth in the Sales Market by translating global strategies into locally relevant marketing and customer plans. You will lead impactful marketing execution ensure strong commercial results and maximize the effect of marketing investments through datadriven decisions and effective prioritization. Through strong leadership and close crossfunctional collaboration you will develop your team strengthen ways of working across functions and secure consistent followup on customer and business performance. In this role you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye consisting of Türkiye Kazakhstan and Georgia.
You will:
- Lead and drive brand and customer growth in the Sales Market by translating global strategies into locally relevant actions
- Develop and execute a customer marketing and communications plan that builds brand relevance and delivers commercial results
- Drive short and longterm growth of the customer base sales and brand performance through a datadriven omnichannel approach
- Plan allocate and follow up on marketing investments across media content pr and customer initiatives to maximize business impact
- Secure effective loyalty activations in line with global frameworks while ensuring operational efficiency
- Monitor and follow up on key marketing and customer KPIs such as traffic conversion and customer activation
- Collaborate closely with commercial and other sales market teams to ensure alignment and strong followup on business results
- Continuously improve processes tools and crossfunctional ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Provide clear direction and enable crossfunctional collaboration to support problemsolving knowledge sharing and customercentric improvements
- Set priorities empower decisionmaking and ensure accountability to secure consistent execution and performance
- Lead coach and develop the marketing team strengthening collaboration and delivery
- Identify and develop future talents supporting succession planning and recruitment for key marketing roles
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As a Marketing Manager you will work closely with Sales Market leadership Commercial teams Digital Retail People and other support functions. You will collaborate across functions and with Global Marketing to secure alignment with global strategies enable strong local execution and drive consistent customer and business impact across channels.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- A degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- 8 years leadership experience in marketing sales or customer functions
- A proven track record of delivering customercentric results across brand communications and media activities
- Experience working with omnichannel marketing
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategies and action plans
- Experience in marketing investment planning followup and performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align teams across functions
- Fluency in English written and spoken
