To support this mission Syngentas Crop Protection Marketing Team is seeking a Digital Marketing Transformation Lead in Izmir Turkey. This role will be responsible for leading and accelerating the digital marketing transformation of Syngenta Türkiye sustaining marketing effectiveness in a highly regulated environment and embedding digital AI-led and data-driven ways of working into the CP Marketing organisation.

Accountabilities

  • Designing and implementing the local digital marketing strategic priorities to align with the local CP business and the global / AMEA digital marketing strategy
  • Defining and executing the local digital marketing strategy across SEO / AIO paid media social content marketing automation and AI integration in campaign planning
  • Operating within the post-January 2026 regulatory framework that prohibits direct digital promotion of crop protection products
  • Leading SEO and AIO strategy for and contributing to AME Lighthouse country sites
  • Owning the MarTech stack relevant to CP Marketing TR and continuously simplifying integrating and enhancing it
  • Establishing measuring and optimising digital KPIs to manage A&P spend reporting and turning the data into insights
  • Driving digital marketing capability inside the local CP marketing team and cross the wider commercial organization in partnership with management and AMEA Digital marketing team
  • Managing agencies and vendors to ensure quality on-time delivery and brand consistency
  • Leading WhatsApp automation strategy on the Bird platform
  • Running integrated digital campaigns for major brand and trade moments according to the marketing plans
  • Operating the dealer digital ecosystem and ensuring dealers have the digital assets needed to activate locally
  • Driving AI-powered content workflows in partnership with AMEA and Global teams
  • Identifying trends insights short & long-term opportunities and communicating strategic direction effectively build excitement around the brand and digital marketing vision
  • Creating a continuous learning environment around digital marketing educating and inspiring the local team on the art of the possible

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications engineering computer science business administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in hands-on digital marketing campaigns and platforms in a large company - multinational company experience advantageous
  • Experience in highly regulated sectors - advantageous
  • Fluency in English Verbal and Written (C1)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and an understanding of MarTech architecture data flow customer journeys and personalisation
  • Familiarity with Web analytics AI tools paid and organic media marketing automation and Drupal
  • Strong networking and influencing skills and navigating a highly regulated industry
