Executive Office Assistant
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive executive support to the General Manager by managing calendars meetings and travel arrangements coordinating business communications and ensuring the effective administration of executive office operations. Responsible for handling correspondence confidential documents and communications maintaining meeting records and collaborating with department managers to ensure seamless workflow and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- University Graduate
- At least 2 years of executive assistant experience
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
