Role Overview

This role supports complex data-driven initiatives across Wealth Management and Financial Services platforms. It is a data-centric Business Analyst role focusing on data migration integration reporting and analytics

What You Will Get To Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across data-focused initiatives including data migration integration and reporting

• Elicit analyse and document data requirements business rules and data definitions

• Develop source-to-target mappings data load specifications and transformation logic

• Collaborate with data engineers architects and delivery teams

• Support data validation reconciliation and quality assurance activities

• Facilitate requirements and data walkthrough workshops

• Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to data solutions

• Support SIT UAT and parallel run activities

• Identify and manage risks issues and dependencies related to data delivery

What You Will Bring:

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong data focus

• Experience delivering data migration reporting or integration programs

• Wealth Management Superannuation Investments or Insurance domain experience

• Strong data analysis mapping and business rules definition skills

• Ability to read and interpret SQL queries and data models

• Proficiency with Jira Confluence Visio (BPMN) and collaboration tools

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Regulatory or financial reporting data experience

• Agile or hybrid delivery experience

• IIBA certifications (ECBA CCBA CBAP)

• Experience mentoring other Business Analysts
