• Lead The Design Development And Optimization Of Scalable ETL/ELT Pipelines And Data Platforms
• Establish Data Engineering Standards Best Practices And Architecture Guidelines
• Ensure Data Quality Integrity Security And Governance Across The Data Ecosystem
• Design And Oversee Databases Data Warehouses And Data Lake Architectures
• Optimize Data Storage Processing Performance Scalability And Cost Efficiency
• Drive Platform Modernization And Cloud Data Initiatives
• Establish Monitoring Alerting And Observability For Data Pipelines And Platforms
• Lead Root Cause Analysis And Resolve Complex Data Issues
• Continuously Improve Data Platform Reliability Performance Scalability And Operational Efficiency
• Provide Technical Leadership And Mentor Data Engineers And Cross-Functional Teams
• Collaborate With Data Analysts Data Scientists And Business Teams To Support Analytics Reporting And AI/ML Initiatives

• Bachelors Degree In Computer Science Information Systems Or Related Field
• At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering Or Related Field
• Experience With Big Data Technologies
• Strong Programming Skills In Python And SQL
• Experience With Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Including BigQuery Cloud Storage Cloud Run Cloud Functions Pub/Sub Cloud Composer (Airflow) And IAM
• Strong Knowledge Of Relational And Non-Relational Databases Such As SQL Server PostgreSQL MongoDB And BigQuery
• Good Understanding Of Data Structures And Their Application In Data Engineering
• Experience With Data Pipeline Tools Such As Apache Airflow Or dbt Is A Plus
• Familiarity With Cloud Platforms Such As GCP Azure Or AWS
• Understanding Of CI/CD Workflows And DevOps Practices
• Knowledge Of Data Governance And Security Best Practices
• Experience With AI-Driven Or Low-Code Automation Tools Such As Knime n8n Or Make Is A Plus
• Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience Designing Scalable And Secure Data Architectures
• Strong Collaboration And Stakeholder Management Skills
• Leadership Experience With The Ability To Mentor Team Members
