Do you want to shape how we manufacture critical components for the energy transition
We are looking for a Production Engineering Manager to lead and develop our industrial engineering capability within HV Surge Arresters in Ludvika.

This is more than a leadership roleyou will act as a system architect for our production driving flow digitalization and performance in a highly specialized manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in:

• Building safe stable and efficient production processes

• Reducing lead time and improving flow across the value stream

• Strengthening quality productivity and sustainability

• Enabling data-driven decision making in production

• Supporting growth and industrialization of future products

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Production Engineering team

• Close collaboration with Production Maintenance Quality IT Product Management and Supply Chain

• Drive continuous improvement and Lean transformation (OEE TPT scrap flow)

• Own the industrialization of new products and process changes

• Ensure robust processes through PFMEA control plans and standards

• Drive capex projects and production upgrades

• Build a digital roadmap for smarter more transparent manufacturing

• Strengthen competence through training and structured ways of working

Who you are

• A strong leader with experience in manufacturing / industrial engineering

• Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Comfortable working with data systems and digital tools

• Structured hands-on and able to translate strategy into execution

• A people developer who builds engagement and capability
