Do you want to shape how we manufacture critical components for the energy transition
We are looking for a Production Engineering Manager to lead and develop our industrial engineering capability within HV Surge Arresters in Ludvika.
This is more than a leadership roleyou will act as a system architect for our production driving flow digitalization and performance in a highly specialized manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in:
Building safe stable and efficient production processes
Reducing lead time and improving flow across the value stream
Strengthening quality productivity and sustainability
Enabling data-driven decision making in production
Supporting growth and industrialization of future products
What you will do
Lead and develop the Production Engineering team
Close collaboration with Production Maintenance Quality IT Product Management and Supply Chain
Drive continuous improvement and Lean transformation (OEE TPT scrap flow)
Own the industrialization of new products and process changes
Ensure robust processes through PFMEA control plans and standards
Drive capex projects and production upgrades
Build a digital roadmap for smarter more transparent manufacturing
Strengthen competence through training and structured ways of working
Who you are
A strong leader with experience in manufacturing / industrial engineering
Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence
Comfortable working with data systems and digital tools
Structured hands-on and able to translate strategy into execution
