Finance Manager

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager who enjoys working across both strategic and operational areas and wants to play an active role in the companys continued development.

About the Role

As Finance Manager you will have overall responsibility for the companys finance function including leading and developing its processes and ways of working. Your responsibilities will include financial planning and follow-up budgeting and forecasting accounting as well as financial analysis and business-related investigations.

This is a broad role that requires you to be actively involved in the day-to-day finance operations while also contributing to strategic initiatives and decision-making. You will also be involved in reviewing and improving the companys payroll processes making experience in payroll administration an advantage.

You will play an important role in supporting and developing the business and will be a key contributor to the management teams work. You will be a member of the management team and report directly to the CEO. The finance team currently consists of two employees including yourself.

Who Are You

As you can see this is a broad role where it is important that you are comfortable moving between strategic and operational responsibilities. We believe you hold a university degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field and have experience from a similar position.

You have a strong ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with others. You bring a positive mindset a solution-oriented approach and a strong business understanding. You are self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your work.

As the role includes reporting to and ongoing dialogue with the companys international owners you need to be confident in preparing presenting and communicating financial information in both Swedish and English.
