We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Operations team at Haglöfs in Stockholm Sweden.

As Haglöfs continues its global growth journey logistics plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient supply this role youll contribute to making that happen by coordinating transportation flows supporting customs and trade compliance and driving operational improvements across our logistics network.

About the role

As Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day inbound and outbound transportation together with our logistics service providers and freight partners. Your focus will mainly be on global international freight while also supporting smaller pallet and parcel flows to stores wholesale customers and e-commerce consumers.

Youll play an important role in ensuring efficient and reliable logistics operations by proactively resolving transport-related challenges managing risks and following up on transportation costs and performance. A key part of the role involves working with logistics connected to our Distribution Centre which operates as a bonded warehouse. This includes handling customs processes import/export documentation and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and bonded inventory requirements.

Youll also support accurate stock movements in our systems and coordinate the financial administration of inbound goods from FOB to landed cost. Following up on logistics KPIs such as cost efficiency lead times and delivery accuracy and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement will be part of your daily work.

The role involves close collaboration across departments including Buying Customer Service Warehouse Finance and Sales as well as with external logistics partners. We are a fast-paced and international organisation and were looking for someone who is hands-on structured and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
