Jobresponsibilities

• Own anddevelopthelogisticsperformancesystemincludingcostservice and CO₂metricsdashboards andreporting.

• Drivelogisticsprioritiesandmaintainafocusedportfolioof initiativeswithclearsequencingandbusinessimpact.

• Buildandpresentbusinesscasesscenarios andrecommendationsrelatedtologisticscostandsustainabilityimprovements.

• Leadgovernanceactivitiessuch asperformancereviewsquarterlybusinessreviews andexecutive-leveldiscussions.

• Steerprioritiesand frame trade-offsacrossTransport FinancePlanningProcurement and Digitalbuildingalignmentthroughevidenceratherthanauthority.

• Monitorlogisticsperformancetrendsandtranslateinsightsintoactionablerecommendationsandlong-termroadmaps.

• Own thelogisticsCO₂agendaincludingbaselinetargets andtracking andbring itintoperformancereviewsandexecutivediscussions.
