You plancoordinateand deliver internal and external events customer visitsmeetingsand digital experiences. From theinitialconcept through execution and follow-up you ensure every detail is inplaceand every participant receives a professional and seamless experience.
Job responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate eventsmeetingsand customer visits from planning through delivery and evaluation.
Develop project plans timelinesbudgetsand communication activities.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful execution.
Manage invitations registrations attendeecommunicationand eventlogistics.
Arrange travel accommodation transportationrestaurantsand other visitor-related activities when.
Measure outcomes collectfeedbackandidentifyopportunities to improve future events and processes.

The role is based in Sandviken andyou work on-site.
Your profile
You bring experience from event coordination project management hospitalitycommunicationsor a related field. Working with multiple activities simultaneously comes naturally to you and you enjoy creating structure while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and stakeholders.Strong communicationskills in both Swedish and English are essential.
Your background includes:
Experience planning and executing events meetings customervisitsor similar activities.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
Strong communicationskills in Swedish and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
Experience working with event platforms project managementsystemsor digital event tools is an advantage.
Success in this position comes from being service-mindedorganizedand proactive.Yourecomfortable taking ownership thinking several steps ahead and finding practical solutions when priorities change.
