About the Client
Our client is a well-established and diversified organization in the shipping and maritime industry providing integrated shipping marine and ship supply solutions with a strong reputation for operational excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC chiller and VRV/VRF systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical power infrastructure including generators and ATS systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor building management systems (BMS).
- Manage facility refurbishment post-care and monitor the condition of building infrastructure.
- Develop and control facility management budgets CAPEX and OPEX.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendors contractors warranties and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive operational efficiency sustainability initiatives and tenant satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering with a recognized qualification in Facilities Management.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial facility management with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems critical infrastructure and multi-tenant office operations.
- Hands-on experience managing building refurbishments modernization projects or system upgrades.
- Professional certifications such as CFM FMA LEED Green Associate or BEE Energy Manager will be considered an added advantage.
