Robotic Assistance Devices is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure for our SaaS platforms. This role requires a strong foundation in modern DevOps practices hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and a focus on reliability performance and cost efficiency.
You will work closely with engineering QA and product teams to enable fast reliable delivery while maintaining high standards for system performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and manage cloud infrastructure to support scalable SaaS applications.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for deployment scaling and resilience.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) for repeatable and consistent environments.
Plan and execute performance and load testing using tools such as k6 or similar frameworks.
Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers.
Monitor system health availability and reliability using appropriate observability tools.
Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and deployment processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system architecture deployment workflows and operational readiness.
Continuously evaluate and optimize cloud resource usage and costs
Experience & Qualifications
4 years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) in SaaS environments.
Proven experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure for production systems.
Solid experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools such as k6 (or similar).
Good understanding of system performance tuning and bottleneck analysis.
Practical knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation or similar).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly.
Nice to Have
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK stack etc.).
Familiarity with microservices architectures.
Exposure to security best practices in cloud environments.
Experience working in product-driven or fast-scaling environments.
Scripting skills (Bash Python or similar).
