Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects successfully within agreed scope timelines budget and quality standards. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to plan coordinate monitor and execute project activities while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery within agreed scope timelines and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Facilitate project discussions and requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify project risks issues and dependencies and implement mitigation actions.
• Support project governance processes and ensure project documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings and follow-up actions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical delivery and support teams.
• Ensure project outcomes meet business and customer expectations.

Skills & Experience

Education & Experience

• Proven experience in Project Management and project delivery.
• Experience working with project management methodologies and software delivery environments.
• Experience managing technology-related projects is preferred.
• Exposure to Banking Financial Services Superannuation or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management certifications are considered an advantage.

• Strong planning problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.
