Junior Data & Digital Transformation Analyst
Job Summary
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the Group involving ERP HRIS Business Intelligence AI IoT and automation technologies.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards reports and data visualisations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation automation and continuous improvement.
- Gather analyse and document business requirements functional specifications workflows and process documentation.
- Support the implementation enhancement and maintenance of enterprise applications and internally developed digital solutions.
- Research evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and create business value.
- Assist in developing testing deploying and maintaining business systems applications and technology integrations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders project teams software vendors and technology partners throughout project delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) system deployments user training and post-implementation activities.
- Promote innovation data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering Data Science Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience in Data Analytics Business Analysis Digital Transformation Business Intelligence or a similar IT-related role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or industrial training experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Understanding of Business Analysis process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
- Exposure to ERP HRIS Microsoft 365 SharePoint Power Platform or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Internet of Things (IoT) automation technologies and digital innovation.
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
Customer communication critical path/TNA costing and margin analysis supplier/vendor management product development and sampling fabric and trim knowledge BOM and PO management capacity planning and production follow-up data analysis and forecasting quality checkpoints (AQL) shipment planning and documentation risk resolution cross-functional coordination advanced Excel and ERP attention to detail and time management.
Required Education:
Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising Textile/Apparel Business or Supply Chain; or Diploma with 2 to 3 years experience; professional qualifications such as CIM CIPS or SLIM are an advantage; strong Excel and ERP literacy; good English proficiency.
