Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering analyzing and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development improve business processes and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories use cases and functional specifications.
• Support product research process improvements and solution recommendations.
• Facilitate requirement reviews approvals and stakeholder communication.
• Assist with functional testing user acceptance testing (UAT) product demonstrations and user training.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business analysis deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business Management Economics Finance or a related field.
• 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working with Agile Waterfall or other software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical problem-solving documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and business analysis will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms software development processes and AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP PMP or PMI-ACP will be an added advantage.
