Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering analyzing and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development improve business processes and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories use cases and functional specifications.
- Support product research process improvements and solution recommendations.
- Facilitate requirement reviews approvals and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with functional testing user acceptance testing (UAT) product demonstrations and user training.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business analysis deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business Management Economics Finance or a related field.
- 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience working with Agile Waterfall or other software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and business analysis will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms software development processes and AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP PMP or PMI-ACP will be an added advantage.
