Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support and adapt to organizational DevOps culture and best practices
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines automation workflows and integration activities
- Contribute to different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) when required
- Monitor system performance availability and operational health
- Support L1/L2 teams in technical incident management and issue resolution
- Perform troubleshooting implement workarounds and support bug fixing activities to ensure SLA compliance
- Participate in System Integration Testing and deployment activities
- Follow DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and reliable deployments
- Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to improve delivery efficiency
- Maintain technical documentation related to deployments configurations and operational procedures
Person Specifications
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Computer Science IT Systems/Networking or related field
- 2 years of experience in DevOps Networking IT or Telecommunications
- Good understanding of systems networking software fundamentals and DevOps concepts
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins SonarQube Docker Kubernetes and SCM tools
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Basic scripting knowledge in Bash Python Ansible or Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is an advantage
- Basic understanding of DevSecOps system security and database management
- Good analytical troubleshooting communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
