Job Summary
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer to join our growing offshore delivery team in Sri Lanka.
This role focuses on building scalable enterprise-grade Microsoft business applications and working closely with global customers and onshore teams.
Summary
We are looking for candidates who go beyond basic configuration and have a strong interest in modern Microsoft technologies including Azure AI and Copilot and who enjoy solving complex technical problems while building scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions including plugins workflows and custom APIs
- Build applications using Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse)
- Develop integrations across Dataverse Azure services and SharePoint
- Write scalable backend logic using C# / .NET
- Support data migration automation and system integrations
- Optimize performance of Dynamics environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
- 25 years experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse)
- Strong C# / .NET development skills
- Experience developing plugins and custom APIs
- Experience integrating with Azure services or REST APIs
- Strong interest or hands-on exposure to Azure AI / Copilot / modern Microsoft technologies (MANDATORY)
- Understanding of CRM processes and data modelling
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Functions or serverless architecture
- Exposure to Microsoft Graph API or SharePoint integrations
- Exposure to Microsoft Graph API or SharePoint integrations
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience working with international clients
- Microsoft Certifications
