Job Description:
- Define and translate business requirements into clear actionable technical specifications
- Analyze large volumes of data (usage recharge invoicing) to improve accuracy and identify risks early
- Work closely with software engineers product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Shape solution design and support implementation across new and existing systems
- Drive continuous improvement across processes workflows and system performance
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions are practical and effective
- Apply strong analytical thinking to complex datasets business rules and process flows
- Work independently in a fast-moving technically demanding environment
Skills & Experience:
- 47 years experience in business analysis within IT / data-heavy environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Experience collaborating across business and technical teams
- Solid understanding of system development lifecycles and solution delivery
- Proven ability to design processes gather requirements and influence solution design
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a high-performance team
Qualification:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or a related field
