We are seeking a qualified and motivated Professional Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7 years experience in Building Services Engineering to join our growing team.

Minimum Requirements

BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering.
Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA.
Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in Building Services Engineering.
Proven experience in the design and management of electrical building services projects.
Strong knowledge of MV/LV reticulation power distribution lighting design backup power systems generators UPS systems renewable energy integration and building management systems (BMS).
Experience in project management contract administration tender documentation and site supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD DIALux MS Office and relevant electrical design software.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee electrical building services systems for commercial residential institutional and industrial projects.
Prepare feasibility studies technical reports specifications bills of quantities and tender documentation.
Perform load calculations equipment sizing power system studies and lighting design.
Manage projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
Coordinate with clients architects contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Conduct site inspections quality assurance reviews and progress meetings.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards regulations and client requirements.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
