Job Summary
The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the operational administration maintenance and optimisation of the organisations HRIS (SAP) ensuring high levels of data accuracy system integrity and reporting capability. The role supports HRIS capability and integration in enabling efficient HR operations regulatory compliance workforce analytics and integrated HR service delivery across the organisation.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Information Systems or a related field
- SAP HR certification or relevant HRIS training will be advantageous
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years experience in HRIS administration HR Operations or HR data management
- Experience working with SAP HRIS preferably in Personnel Administration and Organisational Management
- Experience in HR reporting and analytics will be advantageous
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Managing HRIS administration activities and ensuring the accuracy integrity and security of HR data.
- ProvidingHR reporting and workforce analytics support to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Supporting HRIS system maintenance enhancements testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assistingwith HR compliance requirements and audit processes through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- ProvidingHRIS user support guidance and training to ensure effective system utilisation.
- SupportingHRIS projects system integrations upgrades and implementation activities.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES
- SAP HRIS (Personnel Administration and Organisational Management essential)
- HR data management and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Understanding HR processes and employee lifecycle
- HR analytics capability.
