Job Summary
Duties
Generating and issuing of expediting follow-up reports based on the suppliers weekly reports to the companys expediting and QC team to highlight any potential late equipment that needs to be overseen or expedited.
Prepare capture update and maintain documents spreadsheets and records.
Checking Spares Posters for equipment against compiled Spares Lists
Costing capturing for complete mine spares lists required to be issued by the aftermarket/spares team.
Data capture of catalogue data (an example would be gear reducer catalogue tables).
Assisting with compiling of Manuals Data Books and Basic Quality Documentation.
Assisting with the documentation and costing requirements for proposals and contacts.
Assisting with compiling manuals explaining the operation of the new design applications.
Assisting with the documentation and costing requirements for proposals and contacts.

Assistance with packing schedules lists and tags.
General interfacing between the drawing office software developers and engineers.
